About
East Fork State Park Campground sits within one of Ohio's largest state parks, encompassing 4,870 acres of land surrounding the 2,160-acre Harsha Lake just 25 miles from Cincinnati. The campground features 416 sites spread across multiple loops, primarily offering electric hookups with 20, 30, and 50 amp service, while select sites provide full hookups including water and sewer connections. Loop A accommodates equestrian campers with horse-friendly electric sites. Modern amenities include flush toilets, hot showers, drinking water throughout, and a dump station. Each campsite has a paved pad, picnic table, and fire ring. A camper's beach provides direct lake access for swimming, and six boat ramps serve boaters on the unlimited-horsepower lake. The park offers exceptional recreational opportunities including 82 miles of hiking trails (including the 37-mile Steven Newman Worldwalker Perimeter Trail), 55 miles of bridle trails, fishing for largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish, and hybrid striped bass, plus mini golf, tennis, and volleyball courts. Rent-A-Camp units and Rent-A-RV units are available seasonally for those without their own equipment. Over 30 sites remain first-come, first-served for spontaneous trips. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance through ReserveOhio.
