West Central Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 849 PM EDT, the heaviest rain has exited the warned area, but flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dillon Cabins at Dillon State Park provides comfortable year-round accommodations in southeastern Ohio's Muskingum County. The 29 cabins are located on two roads in their own secluded area away from the main campground, offering a quiet retreat in a wooded setting near the lakeshore. All cabins have been renovated and designated as "preferred," meaning they meet the highest standards for Ohio State Park lodging. Each cabin includes two separate bedrooms, a living room, a full bathroom with shower, an all-electric kitchen with dining area, cable television, heating and cooling, and a screened-in porch. Some cabins also feature a fireplace. Linens, cooking equipment, and small appliances are provided. Cabins 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15 are designated pet-friendly for guests traveling with dogs. Dillon State Park surrounds 1,560-acre Dillon Lake and offers a swimming beach, marina, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, equestrian trails, fishing areas, and picnic facilities. The park features tennis and basketball courts, volleyball areas, and a wading pool for children during summer months.
