The river is forecast to crest near 7.5 feet this evening. Due to the recent dam replacement, the official flood stage is no longer representative of known impacts. Flooding of areas away from the gauge can be expected at lower stages. At stages of 7.5 feet, sections of Route 669 above Malta and other roads along the river being to flood.
