About

Curtis Creek Park occupies a scenic peninsula on Milford Lake, the largest man-made lake in Kansas with 15,700 surface acres and 163 miles of shoreline. Operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the campground offers 71 campsites distributed across four loops (A, B, C, and D), with the majority featuring electric and water hookups. Modern amenities include flush toilets, hot showers, a dump station, and playground equipment in Loop A. The campground caters to various camping styles with standard electric sites, non-electric sites, tent-only sites in Loop D, and buddy sites for group camping. A boat ramp provides direct lake access for water skiing, fishing, and general boating. An accessible floating fishing dock is available for shore fishing. Nearby attractions include the Waterfall Trail, Crystal Trail, Wildlife Viewing Tower, and the Milford Education Center and Fish Hatchery below the dam.
