The facility features 11 campsites, including 10 sites with 4-horse corrals and one site equipped with highline poles. Each site includes a picnic table and campfire ring with grill. A hand pump provides potable water, and a trail leads down to Cultus Creek for stock watering. Vault toilets serve the campground. The campground can accommodate RVs, trailers, or tents up to 30 feet, though no hookups are available. Situated near the Three Sisters Wilderness, the campground offers equestrians access to hundreds of miles of trails in the Cascade Range.
