About
Little Cove Boat-In Campground sits on the north shore of Cultus Lake, a glacier-formed lake along the Cascade Lakes National Scenic Byway that permits motorized watercraft. This is one of three boat-in or hike-in campgrounds on the lake, offering a secluded experience away from the main developed campground. The campground has four primitive sites in a rustic lakeside setting. Amenities are minimal: a composting toilet is available but there is no potable water, so campers must bring their own supply. Access requires launching from the Cultus Lake Day Use boat ramp and boating across to the north shore. Parking for boat-in campers is in a designated lot within Cultus Lake Campground; no recreation pass is required for this lot. All sites are reservation-only through Recreation.gov with no first-come-first-served availability. Sites must be occupied by noon the day after arrival or the reservation is forfeited. The standard 14-day stay limit applies, with a maximum of 28 days per calendar year on National Forest lands.
