Cottonwood Cove Rv Park
Open year-round. Reservations for the RV park are made directly through the concessionaire at 855-918-5253; the campground is not on Recreation.gov. Fire restrictions are in effect during high fire danger periods, but campfires remain permitted in designated fire rings within the campground.
About
Cottonwood Cove RV Park is a full-service destination on the crystal-clear waters of Lake Mohave in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The RV park offers around 72 sites with full hookups (electric, water, and sewer), coin laundry, and public restrooms. Guests have easy access to the on-site gift shop, convenience store, seasonal café, and full-service marina offering boat and houseboat rentals, fuel, slips, and dry storage. The adjacent Lower Campground provides 40 non-electric sites accommodating RVs up to 23 feet or multiple tents. Each site includes a picnic table, fire ring, and grill, with water spigots and flush restroom buildings distributed throughout. Showers are available at the RV park for a $5 fee. A dump station is located near the ranger station. The area offers excellent boating, swimming, fishing, and hiking opportunities. Summers are extremely hot, with temperatures regularly exceeding 100°F from June through August. October through April brings cooler, more comfortable conditions for camping.
Directions
From Las Vegas, take US-95 South approximately 50 miles to Searchlight. Turn east on Cottonwood Cove Road and follow it about 14 miles to the resort on Lake Mohave.
