Cottonwood Cove RV Park sits on the shores of Lake Mohave, approximately one hour south of Las Vegas near Searchlight, Nevada. The park features 75 spacious RV sites with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections. Paved sites can accommodate large rigs, with some sites allowing up to three vehicles. The resort operates year-round and provides convenient access to Lake Mohave's recreational opportunities. The location offers immediate access to boating, with boat launch ramps, fuel sales, and various watercraft rentals available at the adjacent marina. The resort includes a motel, cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a store with supplies. Sandy beaches are within walking distance, and picnic areas with tables and grills are available throughout the property. The surrounding area features opportunities for hiking along the shoreline and exploring nearby coves. Summer temperatures frequently exceed 100°F from June through August, with May and September averaging around 90°F. October through April brings much cooler weather, with temperatures occasionally dipping to freezing from December through February. The area receives only 4 inches of rain annually. Some sites feature lush vegetation providing shade. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two per site, and sites can accommodate up to eight people.

Directions

From Searchlight, Nevada, head east on Cottonwood Cove Road for approximately 14 miles to reach Cottonwood Cove. The main road is paved. Located about one hour south of Las Vegas.
