About
Willow Beach RV Park is a full-service campground nestled along the Colorado River in Black Canyon within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The park features 28 RV sites with full hookups (water, sewer, electric) and 9 tent camping sites, all equipped with fire rings and picnic tables. Surrounded by steep canyon walls, the location offers stunning desert and mountain vistas alongside the river. The campground provides 24-hour access to showers and laundry facilities, making it ideal for extended stays. On-site amenities include a marina with boat launch, boat and paddlecraft rentals, fuel services, a grill restaurant, and a store offering snacks and supplies. An accessible fishing pier allows year-round fishing opportunities, and the nearby U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service hatchery releases rainbow trout weekly. Willow Beach serves as an excellent base for exploring Lake Mohave, paddling to Arizona Hot Springs, touring Hoover Dam, or enjoying Las Vegas entertainment. The area is popular with kayakers and rafters, with many taking guided trips from Hoover Dam to Willow Beach. Despite its remote canyon setting, the park is just 30 minutes from Boulder City and 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
