About

Coles Creek State Park is located on the St. Lawrence River at the west bank of Coles Creek in the Thousand Islands region. The campground features 228 sites with both wooded and open settings, including 147 sites with electric hookups suitable for RVs and trailers. The park offers direct access to Lake St. Lawrence, making it popular for boating and fishing enthusiasts. The campground is well-equipped with modern amenities including shower facilities, a dump station, and a marina at the mouth of Coles Creek just north of the park entrance. A swimming beach provides summer recreation, while a playground, playing fields, and a large pavilion accommodate group activities. Boat launches and dockage are available through concession. The park operates seasonally from mid-May through Columbus Day, with the swimming beach open from late June through early September. Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance through ReserveAmerica. The location also permits hunting in season in designated areas, and pets are allowed in campsites with standard restrictions.
