About

Coffee Mill Campground is located on the north shore of the 750-acre Coffee Mill Lake within the Caddo National Grassland, about 12 miles north of Honey Grove, Texas. The recreation area was originally completed in 1968, with significant improvements added by volunteers in the early 1990s. The lake itself dates back to the 1930s and remains a popular destination for fishing and non-motorized boating. The campground features 13 campsites, each with a picnic table. Vault toilets and potable water are available on-site. A fishing pier and boat ramp provide access to the lake, making this a solid choice for anglers. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. All sites are first-come, first-served with no advance reservations. Campers can pay the $10 nightly fee using the Recreation.gov Scan and Pay feature via the mobile app, or with cash or check. Day use is $2 per vehicle. Pets are allowed but must be leashed (6 feet maximum) or otherwise under physical control.
