The cabin is part of a historic ranger station compound that includes the old District Ranger's office, now serving as a visitor center and museum staffed by on-site volunteer caretakers. The 1,380 square foot cabin accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms: a downstairs room with a queen bed, an east upstairs room with a full and twin bed, and a west upstairs room with bunk beds and two twins.
