Charles A. Lindbergh State Park Group Campground provides a rustic group camping option in this historic Minnesota state park situated along the Mississippi River. The group camp accommodates up to 30 people in a shaded, wooded setting adjacent to the main campground. Facilities include picnic tables, fire rings with grills, access to potable water, and vault toilets. Modern restrooms and showers are not available at this primitive group site. The park encompasses 330 acres and offers 6 miles of hiking trails through forests and along Pike Creek. Beyond camping, visitors can explore the nearby Charles Lindbergh House Historic Site, which preserves the boyhood home of the famed aviator. The park features excellent birdwatching opportunities and river access for fishing. Reservations are required and can be made up to 120 days in advance through the Minnesota DNR reservation system. A vehicle permit is required for entry in addition to the camping fee.

Directions

Located on the south side of Little Falls off County Road 52. From downtown Little Falls, head south on Broadway Avenue, which becomes County Road 52. The park entrance is approximately 2 miles south of town.
