About

Bullfrog RV & Campground sits at the shores of Lake Powell within Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in a remote area of southern Utah. Operated by Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas (an Aramark concessionaire), the campground provides year-round access to Lake Powell with 98 total sites divided into two sections. The RV park features 24 full-hookup sites with water, sewer, and 30-amp power, including 18 pull-through and 4 back-in spaces that accommodate rigs up to 50 feet. These sites require advance reservations through lakepowell.com. The dry camping section offers 75 first-come, first-served sites on both paved and unpaved terrain suitable for tents and RVs without hookups. The campground provides flush toilets and hot coin-operated showers year-round. Additional amenities include a dump station, potable water station, charcoal grills and fire rings at each site, picnic tables, and paved paths to restrooms. A camp store, laundry facilities, post office, and boat launch ramp are located approximately half a mile away at Bullfrog Marina. The RV park section is paved and flat, while the dry camping area has some inclines on unpaved surfaces. Pets are allowed on leash throughout the campground. Bullfrog is one of the most remote developed areas on Lake Powell, accessible via Highway 276. The desert environment experiences temperatures exceeding 100°F in summer and down to freezing in winter. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM. A separate National Park Service entrance fee of $30 per vehicle (valid for 7 days) is required in addition to camping fees.
