About

Blucher Creek Campground is a remote Bureau of Land Management campground located in the Continental Divide area of Sublette County, Wyoming. Situated 74 miles from Rock Springs and 70 miles from Lander, this free campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations required. The campground features 7 drive-up campsites connected by graded dirt pathways, with accessible picnic tables at each site and accessible fire rings with grill attachments at three sites. A single accessible vault toilet serves the campground, and a warming hut with a wood-burning stove provides shelter, though it has a step at the entrance. Tree coverage provides natural shade throughout the sites. Campers must bring their own water as none is available on-site, and cell phone reception is not available. The campground is accessed via County Road 5-13/Continental Divide Road and BLM roads, with the final approach along the Continental Divide Snowmachine Trail. Nearby Sweetwater Bridge and Sweetwater Guard Station campgrounds offer similar features. The 14-day stay limit applies to all campers.
