Beverly Campground is situated along the scenic North Fork of the Teanaway River in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, approximately 25 miles from Cle Elum. This primitive campground offers 14 tent and picnic sites on a first-come, first-served basis, providing a quiet riverside setting at 3,100 feet elevation. The campground accommodates tent camping and camping trailers, though facilities remain basic in keeping with the rustic character of the area. Each site includes a picnic table and fire pit, with vault toilets available throughout the campground. Campers must come prepared with their own drinking water, as no potable water source is available on-site. The pack-in, pack-out policy requires all visitors to remove their trash. The campground serves as a convenient base for day hikes and backpacking trips into the surrounding Teanaway area. Access to Beverly Campground requires traveling on both paved and unpaved forest roads. From Cle Elum, visitors follow Highway 970 northeast before turning onto Teanaway Road, which transitions to Forest Service Road 9737 for the final four miles to the campground. The area typically operates from mid-May through late October, with exact dates depending on snow conditions and road access.

Directions

From Cle Elum, travel east/northeast on Highway 970 for about 8.5 miles. Turn left on Teanaway Road and travel 13 miles to the end of the pavement. Veer right onto FS Road 9737 and follow it for 4 miles. Campground is on the left.
