About

Beaver Creek Campground is a small, rustic campground nestled along the banks of scenic Beaver Creek in the Klamath National Forest. With only 8 sites, this intimate campground offers a quiet retreat for tent campers, vans, pickup truck campers, and small trailers. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring, and most sites are positioned directly along the creek for a serene camping experience. This is a primitive campground with vault toilets but no potable water or trash service. Campers must bring adequate water for drinking, cooking, and washing, as well as extra water to fully extinguish campfires. All trash and waste must be packed out. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation system and no camping fees. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on leash, and there is a 14-day camping limit. The campground is located approximately 15 miles west of I-5 on Highway 96, then 5 miles north on Forest Road 11. At approximately 2,300 feet elevation, the area offers opportunities for wildlife viewing and enjoying the peaceful forest setting. Fires are permitted in fire rings only and are subject to seasonal restrictions.
