About
Cane Creek State Park Campground occupies a scenic setting along 1,675-acre Cane Creek Lake in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The 29 campsites are divided between 11 Class A sites offering water and 50-amp electric hookups, and 18 Class B sites with water and 30-amp service. About half the sites have direct lake views, while all sites are within easy walking distance of the water. A Rent-An-RV option provides a 30-foot unit with full hookups, climate control, kitchen, and private bath for those without their own camping equipment.
The park features a modern bathhouse with flush toilets and hot showers, plus a dump station near the visitor center. Campsites include picnic tables and fire rings. The visitor center offers exhibits about the region's natural history and a gift shop. Additional facilities include fishing piers, a boat launch ramp, playground, and rentable pavilions including a climate-controlled option.
Situated at the convergence of the West Gulf Coastal Plain and Mississippi Alluvial Plain, the park provides diverse habitat for wildlife and excellent fishing opportunities in the stocked lake. Trails wind through rolling terrain with three suspension bridges, suitable for hiking, biking, and trail running. The adjacent Bayou Bartholomew, recognized as the world's longest bayou, adds to the area's ecological significance and paddling opportunities.
