Open — Open year-round for camping with bathhouse facilities available all year. Visitor center hours vary: March through November open daily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., December through February open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Moro Bay State Park Campground is located in southeast Arkansas where Moro Bay and Raymond Lake join the Ouachita River, creating exceptional wildlife habitat and fishing opportunities. The campground features 23 Class AAA campsites, all equipped with water, 50-amp electric service, and sewer hookups. Sites are 60 feet long, accommodating larger RVs and trailers. The park offers year-round access to abundant bass, bream, crappie, and catfish, with anglers fishing from shore or boat. A full-service marina provides boat and slip rentals, fuel, and a store for boaters. The park maintains modern bathhouse facilities with showers open year-round, along with picnic sites, a screened pavilion, playground, and the historic Moro Bay Ferry exhibit featuring a tugboat and barge. Hiking trails wind through the area, offering opportunities to spot waterfowl, shorebirds, songbirds, and raptors. The park also serves as a base for hunters accessing nearby permitted areas for white-tailed deer, wild turkey, squirrels, rabbits, and waterfowl. Despite the quality amenities, the park maintains a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere even during peak season. Interpretive programs are offered seasonally, including guided trail hikes and barge tours on the Ouachita River.

From El Dorado, take U.S. Highway 63 north for 22 miles to the park entrance. From Warren, travel 30 miles south on U.S. Highway 63 to reach the park.
