About

Whitehall Bay Campground is a developed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility on the shores of Fall River Lake in Greenwood County, Kansas. The campground offers 24 family campsites and 4 group sites, with most featuring electric hookups (30/50 amp) and many providing water and sewer connections for full hookup camping. Sites accommodate RVs and trailers up to 75 feet in length. Facilities include flush toilets, hot showers, potable drinking water, and a dump station. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. The campground provides direct lake access via a swimming beach and boat ramp, making it ideal for boating, water skiing, fishing, and swimming. The adjacent 8,000-acre Fall River Wildlife Area offers exceptional birding with over 400 protected bird species. Prairie chickens, waterfowl, wild turkeys, and white-tailed deer are commonly spotted. Nearby trails include the 1.5-mile Casner Creek Trail and 1-mile Turkey Run Trail for hiking and biking.
