Open seasonally from spring through fall, weather permitting. Reservations require a two-night minimum on weekends or one night Sunday through Thursday, with a 14-night maximum stay. Check-in is 1 p.m. and check-out is noon.

Beaver Creek Campground sits within Watoga State Park, a sprawling 10,100-acre mountain wilderness in Pocahontas County. The 38-site campground caters to RVs and tent campers alike, with each site equipped with 50-amp electric service (including 50, 30, and household outlets), a picnic table, and fire ring. Campers have access to a central bathhouse with flush toilets, coin-operated laundry facilities, and dishwashing stations. Free guest wifi is provided at check-in, and firewood and ice are available for purchase. The campground operates seasonally from spring through fall, weather permitting. Watoga offers 40 miles of hiking trails, an 11-acre lake for fishing and boating, and abundant wildlife viewing opportunities. The park's remote Pocahontas County location provides dark skies and a true backcountry feel while maintaining modern campground conveniences.
