About

Billingsley Creek Campground is the primary camping facility within Thousand Springs State Park, a multi-unit park stretching along a remarkable section of the Snake River canyon where aquifer water emerges dramatically from the basalt cliffs. The campground occupies the Billingsley Creek Unit, offering 50 full-hookup RV sites on paved surfaces suitable for modern RVs. Each site includes 50/30/120-volt electrical service, water, and sewer hookups. The campground has indoor restroom facilities with flush toilets and showers. Sites feature fire rings and charcoal grills, with picnic areas throughout. ADA-accessible camping is available. The park's six units are all within short driving distance: Malad Gorge offers a dramatic 250-foot-deep canyon; Box Canyon Springs Nature Preserve protects a pristine spring-fed ecosystem; Ritter Island provides historic farmstead exploration; and Niagara Springs features a 250-foot waterfall. The visitor center at Malad Gorge provides interpretive exhibits and regional information.
