About

Table Rock Campground is situated in a small but scenic canyon approximately 30 miles from Idaho Falls, Idaho, near Kelly Canyon Ski Resort. The campground occupies a quiet draw covered by an open grassy meadow that blooms with wildflowers in summer, bordered by aspen and towering pines that provide partial shade. This is a large group campground designed to accommodate up to 200 people, featuring scattered picnic tables, campfire circles, and grills throughout the site. The facility includes accessible vault toilets but no electricity. The road and oversized parking spur are graveled, making it suitable for larger groups and vehicles. Hawley Gulch Trail begins at the campground, serving as a hub for outdoor recreation. The trail and surrounding forest roads offer excellent opportunities for ATV enthusiasts, mountain bikers, hikers, and horseback riders. The area's network of trails makes it particularly popular with off-highway vehicle users and mountain bikers looking to explore the Caribou-Targhee National Forest.
