Situated on a bluff with commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean, Sunrise House offers a rare opportunity to stay within Cape Cod National Seashore. This four-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home accommodates up to 10 guests and provides the perfect base for exploring the seashore's 40 miles of pristine beaches, marshes, ponds, and uplands.
The fully-equipped home features a kitchen with all major appliances, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player, and a spacious deck with propane grill overlooking the ocean. Heat is provided for four-season use. Guests should bring their own bedsheets and towels. The property is a short walk to the public beach and provides access to nearby Duck Pond via a 1.5-mile trail.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Open fires, digging, tents, and temporary structures are not permitted on the property. Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A mandatory 5-night minimum stay applies, with a $350 refundable security deposit required per reservation.
