Highland Beach Suites, Unit 3 is part of a three-unit triplex positioned in the North Truro section of Cape Cod National Seashore. This recently renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit sleeps four guests and is located just a five minute walk from Coast Guard Beach, consistently rated as a top family beach. The property offers direct access to beautiful bike and walking trails through pine forests, across sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds. The well-equipped home includes two queen-size beds, full kitchen with 4-burner electric stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and cooking essentials. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, propane BBQ grill, flat-screen TV, table top fans in bedrooms and living area, and an outdoor storage shed for bicycles and gear. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. Note that towels and bed sheets are not provided, and there is no cable or internet service, though a landline is available for local and emergency calls. The tap water is safe for cooking and bathing, but 5-gallon water jugs are provided for drinking. The Highland Suites provide easy access to Cape Cod's quiet beaches, tidal flats, and the historic village of Provincetown with its galleries, bookstores, and restaurants. Wildlife enthusiasts can spot over 450 species that make the seashore their home. The location offers proximity to historic lighthouses, the Marconi Station site, and the distinctive Cape Cod landscape described by Thoreau. Reservations require a 5-night minimum stay through Recreation.gov, with a refundable $250 security deposit and completion of a leasing agreement.
