Bay View House offers a unique opportunity to stay within Cape Cod National Seashore boundaries while enjoying the comforts of a fully equipped home. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom house sleeps seven across one queen, two full, and one twin bed. The large deck overlooking Cape Cod Bay provides an ideal setting for watching sunsets, with patio furniture and a propane BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and dishes. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, pillows, blankets, and fans. Guests must bring their own bedsheets and towels. No internet or cable TV is provided. The property sits at the end of Bound Brook Way, approximately 3 miles from US-6 via a partially dirt road. Nearby attractions include Cape Cod Bay beaches, walking and biking trails through pine forests and dunes, historic lighthouses, and Wellfleet village with its galleries, bookstores, and restaurants.

388 Bound Brook Way, Wellfleet, MA 02667. From US-6, turn west onto Bound Brook Island/Coles Neck Road and follow for approximately 3 miles. The last mile is a dirt road through forest. Pass the Atwood Higgins House, then turn right onto Bound Brook Way approximately 0.25 miles later. Arrive during daylight hours on first visit. Low clearance vehicles may have difficulty.
