Highland Beach Suites, Unit 1 is a recently renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental located within Cape Cod National Seashore in Truro, Massachusetts. This unit is part of a three-unit triplex and accommodates up to four guests with one queen bed and one full bed. The property is positioned just a five-minute walk from Coast Guard Beach and offers direct access to miles of beautiful bike and walking trails through pine forests, sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds. The well-equipped home features a full kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, propane BBQ grill with one tank provided, table-top fans, and access to an outdoor storage shed for bikes and gear. A landline is available for local and emergency calls. Drinking water is provided in 5-gallon jugs; tap water is safe for cooking and cleaning but not recommended for drinking. Note that there is no cable or internet service, and cell phone reception can be weak. Guests must bring their own bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. The property has strict policies including no pets, no smoking or vaping, and a maximum of two parking spaces per unit. Reservations require a 5-night minimum stay and a completed leasing agreement. The Highland Suites provide an ideal base for exploring the 40 miles of pristine beaches, lighthouses, cranberry bogs, and diverse wildlife of Cape Cod National Seashore, with nearby Provincetown offering galleries, bookstores, and restaurants.
