Highland Beach Suites Unit 1 offers a comfortable vacation rental experience within Cape Cod National Seashore. This recently renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit sleeps four guests and is part of a three-unit triplex located at 32 Coast Guard Road in Truro. The property sits just a five-minute walk from Coast Guard Beach and provides direct access to miles of walking and biking trails through pine forests, sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds. The unit comes equipped with a full kitchen featuring a 4-burner electric stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, propane BBQ grill, flat-screen TV (USB connection required, no cable), and table-top fans. Drinking water is provided via 5-gallon jugs as tap water is only suitable for cooking and bathing. Guests must bring their own towels and bed linens. The property enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and has a maximum occupancy of four people with two parking spaces. Pets, smoking, open fires, and tents are strictly prohibited. Provincetown's historic village with bookstores, galleries, and restaurants is a short drive away, and the area offers opportunities for whale watching, kayaking, and exploring maritime lighthouses.
