About

St. Andrews State Park Campground sits on a peninsula where the Gulf of Mexico meets St. Andrew Bay and Grand Lagoon in Panama City Beach, Florida. Two campground loops wind through mature pinewoods, offering 176 sites with full hookups: 30- and 50-amp electric, water, and sewer connections. Each site includes a concrete pad, picnic table, and ground grill with fire ring. The campground accommodates everything from tents to RVs up to 50 feet in length, with both back-in and pull-through sites available. Amenities include five bathhouses with hot showers, three of which are ADA accessible, plus laundry facilities and a dump station. A camp store near the entrance stocks camping essentials, fishing tackle, ice, and souvenirs, and rents bicycles, kayaks, and golf carts. Two additional concession stands offer snacks, beverages, and beach supplies, with a food truck serving hot meals near the jetty. Beyond camping, the park boasts 1.5 miles of pristine white sand beach consistently ranked among Florida's best. Two fishing piers provide access to excellent saltwater fishing, and a shuttle service runs to undeveloped Shell Island for snorkeling and shelling. The area around Grand Lagoon offers calm waters ideal for paddling and wildlife observation, with frequent sightings of herons, ospreys, and dolphins.
