Open — Open year-round. Park hours are sunrise to sunset daily. Office hours are 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. The fishing pier is currently closed for repairs. Maximum stay is 14 nights per site, with a cumulative maximum of 42 out of 49 days.

Sadlers Creek State Park occupies 395 acres on a peninsula extending into Lake Hartwell, one of the Savannah River reservoirs in rural Anderson County. The campground features 52 packed gravel sites with individual water and electrical hookups, many with stunning lake views. Some sites accommodate RVs up to 40 feet in length. For tent campers, 14 designated tent-only sites are available with central water access. The campground provides convenient restroom facilities with hot showers throughout. The park offers exceptional water recreation opportunities with two boat ramps providing private access to the 56,000-acre Lake Hartwell. A 100-foot fishing pier extends into a deep water cove, featuring underwater green lights that attract fish at night. The park includes 6 miles of bike and walking trails, plus a 0.3-mile nature trail for wildlife observation. Watch for the park's fox squirrels, which include both grey squirrels with hints of red and solid black varieties. Additional facilities include a primitive group camping area for organized youth groups up to 50 people, two rental picnic shelters, and a lakeside pavilion accommodating up to 150 people. The park's convenient location near I-85 makes it easily accessible from Anderson. An EV charging station and water bottle filling station are available on-site.
