About

North Outlet Pavilion #550 is a group shelter facility located on the north side of Grenada Lake's Outlet Channel, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The pavilion is situated near Hugh White State Park Campground and provides scenic views of the outlet channel with excellent fishing access. The shelter features electrical hookups and can accommodate up to 100 people, making it suitable for large gatherings and group events. The facility is located in close proximity to a handicap accessible restroom. The surrounding area offers multiple fishing spots along the outlet channel, nearby playgrounds within a mile, and access to two hiking trails including the Lost Bluff Hiking Trail. Other nearby attractions include the Overlook, Main Beach, Class A Campground, and Dogwoods golf course. This is a day-use pavilion shelter rather than an overnight camping facility. Pets must be kept on leash, and all anglers must abide by Corps of Engineers and Mississippi State fishing regulations.

Directions

From I-55, take Exit 206 onto Highway 8 East. Travel approximately 6 miles, then turn left onto Hugh White State Park Road. Follow the park signs to the campground.
