About

Grenada Landing is a primitive campground operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Grenada Lake in north central Mississippi. Located off Highway 333 and adjacent to Main Beach, this campground offers a rustic camping experience with convenient access to water-based recreation. The camping area is situated near a swimming beach and marina, making it an ideal base for boating, fishing, and swimming activities. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations accepted for campsites. A boat ramp is available nearby with a $5 launch fee. Restroom facilities are provided in the area. The primitive nature of the campground means campers should come prepared with necessary supplies and equipment. Nearby attractions include the Lost Bluff Hiking Trail, less than a mile away, which features diverse wildlife and unique vegetation. Additional recreation areas include the Overlook, Grenada Landing Ramp, and Dogwoods Golf Course. The campground's location on Grenada Lake provides excellent opportunities for fishing and water sports, while the adjacent Main Beach area offers picnic pavilions available on a first-come, first-served basis.
