Hugh White State Park RV Campground is situated in a shaded area near the Outlet Channel below Grenada Lake Dam, offering 128 developed campsites with modern amenities. Each site features water and electrical hookups, picnic tables, and grills. Two bathhouses provide hot showers, and a central sewage dumping station serves the camping area. Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance and are highly recommended. Monthly camping may also be available by contacting the park office. Located on scenic Grenada Lake between Memphis, Tennessee and Jackson, Mississippi, Hugh White State Park provides outstanding outdoor recreation opportunities. Grenada Lake is renowned throughout the South as a premier crappie fishing destination and is also stocked with bass, bream, and catfish. The park features an 18-hole championship golf course called The Dogwoods, an 18-hole amateur disc golf course called The Lost Bluff, a 1-mile nature trail reaching the highest point of elevation in Grenada County, and boat launching facilities. Water skiing is permitted throughout the lake's 35,000 acres. The park offers additional amenities including 30 picnic sites with lake views, two playgrounds, a visitor center with meeting space, and laundry facilities behind campsite #49. Note that lake levels are controlled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and are typically lowered for flood control from July 1 to January 1, which may affect boat ramp accessibility from November through March. The park entrance fee is $2 per person, with children 5 and under admitted free.

From I-55, take Exit 206 to Highway 8 East. Travel 6 miles on Highway 8, then turn left on Hugh White State Park Road. Follow park signs to the office.
