With only two campsites available, this quiet location offers an intimate camping experience surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The campground provides basic amenities including vault toilets, but campers must bring their own drinking water as none is available on-site. Fishing is available directly from the shore of Skookum Pond. This is a pack-in, pack-out facility with no garbage services, so visitors must be prepared to take all trash with them. Access to Skookum Pond requires traveling on forest roads for significant distances from the town of Tiller. The maximum vehicle length is 22 feet. As a free, first-come, first-served campground with a 14-day maximum stay, Skookum Pond offers a rustic camping experience for those seeking solitude in the Cascade Mountains.
