About
Self Creek Pavilion is a large covered group day use shelter situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Greeson in Pike County, Arkansas. The facility is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and offers easy access just off US Highway 70. This group shelter is designed for day use gatherings and can accommodate up to 50 people, making it ideal for family reunions, picnics, and group events.
The pavilion comes equipped with several picnic tables, one large group grill, individual pedestal grills, electric outlets for convenience, and a drinking fountain for potable water. A playground is located near the pavilion for children's enjoyment, and restrooms are within walking distance. The nearby Self Creek Boat Ramp provides convenient access to Lake Greeson for boating and fishing activities.
As a Corps of Engineers facility, users must comply with Title 36 regulations. Groups are responsible for leaving the facility in clean condition, properly disposing of all trash, completely extinguishing all fires, and keeping pets on leash at all times. Reservations are available through Recreation.gov, and confirmation must be shown to ranger staff upon request.
