About
Arrowhead Point Campground sits on Lake Greeson in the Ouachita Mountains of southwest Arkansas. The campground offers 24 first-come, first-served campsites, with site 24 featuring full hookups (electric, water, and sewer) and the remaining 23 sites being non-electric. The facility includes a modern restroom with flush toilets, a swim beach, and a boat ramp for lake access. Lake Greeson spans approximately 7,260 surface acres with over 12 miles of shoreline, fed by the clear waters of the Little Missouri River.
The lake is known for excellent fishing opportunities, including largemouth, smallmouth, striped, spotted, and white bass, along with flathead and channel catfish, crappie, walleye, and bluegill. The clear waters are ideal for boating, water skiing, tubing, and personal watercraft. The surrounding public lands feature loblolly pine, shortleaf pine, and oak forests that provide habitat for white-tailed deer, wild turkey, bald eagles, and migratory waterfowl. The Bear Creek Cycle Trail, accessible from nearby campgrounds, attracts off-road cycling enthusiasts. Crater of Diamonds State Park is within 50 miles.
