Parker Creek Campground occupies a scenic stretch of Lake Greeson's shoreline on the Little Missouri River in the Ouachita region of southwest Arkansas. The 7,260-acre lake stretches approximately 12 miles and serves as a premier destination for fishing, water skiing, tubing, and boating. Four marinas around the lake provide fuel, boat rentals, and supplies. The campground features 60 sites, with 57 offering 50-amp electric service and water hookups on paved or gravel pads. Three tent-only sites provide a more primitive option. All sites include a picnic table, grill, fire ring, and lantern pole. Two modern bathhouses with hot showers serve the campground, along with a dump station, boat ramp, playground, and designated swimming beach. Lake Greeson is known for excellent fishing with largemouth, striped, spotted, smallmouth, and white bass, plus catfish, crappie, walleye, and bluegill. The tailwaters below Narrows Dam support rainbow trout and smallmouth bass. Over 30 miles of walking, nature, and cycling trails surround the lake, including a short nature trail within the campground popular with birders.

Directions

From Texarkana, Arkansas, take Interstate 30 east for 46 miles to Prescott. Continue onto Highway 19 north to Narrows Dam. After crossing the bridge across the Little Missouri River, proceed about 3 miles to the campground.
