About

Seal Rock Campground is one of the few national forest campgrounds in the Pacific Northwest located directly on salt water. Situated on Hood Canal about 2 miles north of Brinnon, the campground offers stunning views of the canal and the mountains to the southeast. The 41 tent and RV sites are spaced among the trees, with several positioned along the waterfront. The campground features flush toilets with electricity, potable piped water, picnic tables and fire pits at every site, and trash service. Three paved sites and facilities are ADA accessible. Sites accommodate RVs and trailers up to 21 feet; there are no hookups. A unique feature is the harvestable oysters available for public use, subject to state shellfish regulations. Within the campground, a day-use area provides access to two accessible interpretive trails. Activities include picnicking, wildlife viewing, swimming, and non-motorized boating. The campground operates first-come, first-served with no reservations accepted.
