Scenic Beach State Park Campground sits along Hood Canal in Kitsap County, Washington, offering a picturesque camping experience with stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and 1,500 feet of saltwater beachfront. The park encompasses 121 acres of forested terrain and rocky beach, featuring groomed trails through native rhododendron groves that bloom spectacularly in season. The campground provides 50 standard campsites, with 18 pull-through sites that can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 60 feet in length. Sites 1-25 operate year-round, while sites 26-50 close for winter from November 1 through March 31. Two dedicated hiker/biker sites serve cyclists and pedestrian campers. Facilities include two restrooms with four showers, drinking water, fire pits at each site, trash service, and a dump station. A primitive group camp accommodates up to 40 people with a covered picnic shelter, vault toilet, fire pits, and water spigot. Beyond camping, the park offers diverse recreational opportunities including beach exploration, kayaking, paddleboarding, scuba diving, swimming, fishing, and metal detecting in designated areas. The historic Emel House, built in 1911, serves as a popular wedding and event venue. A watercraft launch is located half a mile east at Misery Point. The park operates with a Discover Pass requirement and maintains Level 1 fire restrictions allowing fires in designated pits and grills.

From State Highway 3 in Silverdale, take Newberry Hill Road west to its end, turn onto Seabeck Highway, travel south 6 miles to Scenic Beach Road, turn right, travel for 1 mile to park entrance.
