About
Riverview Recreation Area is a day-use facility managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, situated below the dam at Enid Lake in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. The area provides 22 individual picnic sites, each equipped with a grill, serve table, and picnic table, along with two large and one small picnic shelters available for group gatherings. Recreational amenities include a volleyball court, softball field, soccer/football field, horseshoe pits, a half-mile fitness trail with an exercise area, and a playground. Visitors can also enjoy bank fishing in the old river run below the dam. Three comfort stations with flush toilets serve the area. This is strictly a day-use facility with no overnight camping permitted.
