Riverside Day Use Area
This is a day-use only area with no overnight camping. The reservable pavilion can be booked through Recreation.gov.
About
Riverside Day Use Area sits at the base of Narrows Dam, where the Little Missouri River flows with cold, clear water ideal for trout fishing. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers maintains this facility as part of the Lake Greeson project. The dam's tailwaters are regularly stocked by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission, drawing anglers seeking rainbow and brown trout. This is strictly a day-use facility with no overnight camping permitted. Amenities include an ADA-accessible fishing pier, a group pavilion with electrical hookup that accommodates up to 50 people and can be reserved through Recreation.gov, playground equipment for families, picnic tables, and restrooms. The nearby Crater of Diamonds State Park offers additional recreational opportunities in the area.
