About

Potawatomi State Park Group Campground is located within the Daisy Field campground complex in Door County, Wisconsin. The facility offers four group sites, each capable of hosting up to 30 people. Two of these sites accommodate trailers and motor homes, while the other two are designated for tent camping only. The group area provides access to showers and a sanitary dump station during the operating season. The park spans 1,200 acres of gently rolling upland terrain bordered by steep slopes and rugged limestone cliffs along Sturgeon Bay. Named after the Potawatomi tribe, whose name means "keeper of the fire," the park offers extensive recreational opportunities including hiking trails that connect to the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Reservations are made through Wisconsin's state park reservation system. Group sites include picnic tables and fire rings. The park is open year-round from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., though camping facilities operate seasonally.
