About

Potawatomi State Park's Daisy Field Campground occupies a scenic stretch of Door County's Sturgeon Bay shoreline. Named after the Potawatomi tribe ("keeper of the fire"), the park encompasses 1,200 acres of rolling upland terrain bordered by steep limestone cliffs. The campground consists of two loops with a total of 123 sites, including 40 with electric hookups. Four group sites accommodate up to 30 people each. The South Daisy Field loop offers 27 sites, most with electric hookups, and remains open for year-round camping. Amenities include seasonal showers, a sanitary dump station, and a playground. The Potawatomi Park Store within the campground sells certified firewood. Two accessible campsites provide paved pathways leading to the toilet/shower building. The park provides access to hiking and biking trails, including a segment of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Visitors can explore the rugged limestone cliffs and shoreline of Sturgeon Bay. A vehicle admission sticker is required for park entry.
