About

Osage Bluff Park occupies a scenic stretch of shoreline on Harry S. Truman Lake in Benton County, Missouri. The campground features 60 sites ranging from full-hookup RV sites with 50-amp electric and water to primitive tent camping areas. Mature hardwoods of oak and hickory with cedar provide shade throughout the campground, while the lake offers over 950 miles of shoreline to explore. Truman Lake is renowned for its fishing, with standing timber left in the reservoir creating quality habitat for crappie, largemouth and spotted bass, walleye, paddlefish, and channel catfish. Tournament anglers frequently use the lake, and Osage Bluff Marina next door offers fuel, boat rentals, and supplies. Wildlife including whitetail deer, wild turkey, bald eagles, and ospreys are commonly spotted in the area. The Harry S. Truman Visitor Center atop Kaysinger Bluff provides exhibits on the Osage River Valley history and panoramic views of the dam and reservoir. Nearby Harry S. Truman State Park offers additional recreation options.
