Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The extent of frost development overnight and early Sunday morning will depend on cloud cover and if the wind becomes light enough to even calm at the surface.
About
Nockamixon State Park is a 5,286-acre park in the rolling hills of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, centered around the 1,450-acre Lake Nockamixon. The park offers ten modern cabins available for rent year-round, located on the south side of the lake. Each cabin features a furnished living area, full kitchen/dining area with refrigerator, stove, and microwave, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Outside, each cabin has a fire ring, grill, and picnic table. Cabins come in two configurations: two-bedroom units sleeping six or three-bedroom units sleeping eight. All cabins are electrically heated. Four cabins allow dogs, and Cabin #6 is ADA accessible. During summer, cabins require weekly rentals; the rest of the year has a two-night minimum. Note that traditional tent camping and RV sites are not available at this park. Reservations can be made online or by calling 888-PA-PARKS.
