About

Morrows Bridge Camp offers primitive camping facilities in a setting ideal for hunting within the Long Cane Ranger District of Sumter National Forest. Located in McCormick County, South Carolina, this seasonal camp operates from September 13 through January 4, providing access to some of the most desirable hunting grounds in the upstate region. The surrounding forest sustains abundant populations of deer, turkey, and quail. Several check stations and supply stores are located in the area to support hunters during the season. South Carolina hunting regulations apply, and shooting is prohibited within 300 yards of camp. This is a primitive camp with no potable water available. Campers should bring all necessary supplies including drinking water. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., during which generators may not be run. Payment is via self-serve fee station at the camp.
