Mohican Campground is the main family campground at Mohican State Park, situated in the scenic Mohican Memorial State Forest in Ashland County, Ohio. The campground features 153 established campsites spread across hilly, wooded terrain, offering a peaceful camping experience among mature trees. Sites are available with full hookups (electric, water, and sewer), electric-only hookups, and non-electric options for tent campers. All sites include fire rings and picnic tables. The campground provides modern amenities including flush toilets, hot showers, a camp store, and WiFi connectivity. Pull-through sites are available on select odd-numbered pads, accommodating larger RVs and trailers. Many sites are positioned along or near the Clear Fork of the Mohican River, offering scenic water views and access to one of Ohio's most popular recreational rivers. The location provides excellent access to over 13 miles of hiking trails, an 8.5-mile mountain bike trail, and numerous outdoor activities throughout Mohican State Park and the surrounding state forest. From Perrysville, Ohio, head south on State Route 3 for approximately 2 miles. The campground entrance will be on your right.
