Mohican State Park's camper cabins offer a comfortable camping experience in one of Ohio's most scenic regions. Located within the main campground area, these two rustic cabins provide basic amenities including sleeping arrangements with bunk beds and a double bed, a mini-refrigerator for food storage, and a fan for air circulation. The cabins are available for rental during the summer season. Guests staying in the camper cabins have access to the full range of campground facilities, including modern restrooms with flush toilets and showers, a camp store for supplies, and a dump station. Each cabin is situated near picnic tables and fire rings typical of the campground setting. The location provides convenient access to over 13 miles of hiking trails that wind through the park and adjacent Mohican Memorial State Forest, showcasing features like Lyons Falls, the Clear Fork Gorge, and scenic overlooks of Pleasant Hill Lake. The park setting offers a wilderness experience with the hemlock forest and Mohican River nearby, while still providing the comfort of not needing to bring camping equipment. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance through the Ohio state park reservation system.
