About

Meridian Campground sits at 9,000 feet elevation in the Pike National Forest, accessible from US Highway 285 via Park County Route 43 near the community of Harris Park. The campground provides 18 standard nonelectric campsites, each equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and parking spur accommodating two vehicles or one RV. Facilities include two vault toilets located at different points within the campground. Water is typically available via hand pump, though availability varies by season. The campground operates first-come, first-served only with no advance reservations. Campers can pay on-site using the Recreation.gov mobile app's Scan and Pay feature, or with cash, check, or money order. Site restrictions limit occupancy to eight people, two tents, and two vehicles (or one RV) per site. Dogs must remain leashed at all times. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
