About

Los Alamos Group Campground is part of the larger Los Alamos Campground complex in the Angeles National Forest, situated at approximately 2,900 feet elevation. Located 20 miles north of Valencia and Magic Mountain Amusement Park off Interstate 5, the campground offers three group sites (GSA, GSB, GSC) that can each accommodate up to 40 people and 10 vehicles. Sites feature picnic tables, grills, and shade, with back-in paved driveways suitable for RVs and trailers up to 25 feet. The campground features flush toilets, piped potable water, a free dump station for overnight guests, and a camp store on site. Pets are welcome but must remain leashed at all times. Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings. At least one group site (GSC) is ADA accessible. Pyramid Lake is just 2.5 miles away, offering swimming, waterskiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, and fishing. All campers have priority access to Pyramid Lake but must be in line to enter the marina area by 6:15 a.m.
