Loraine Campground at Harold Parker State Forest is a 91-site campground situated just 20 miles north of Boston, making it one of the most accessible natural camping destinations in the region. The campground sits within over 3,000 acres of diverse forest featuring hardwood, hemlock, and white pine. Each campsite includes a picnic table and grill, with water spigots available throughout the campground. The forest offers extensive recreational opportunities including miles of well-marked hiking and mountain biking trails, 11 ponds for fishing, boating, and canoeing, and a day-use swimming area at Berry Pond. The campground serves as an ideal base for exploring the forest's varied terrain and waterways. Sites accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs, though no hookups are available. A dump station is provided for RV waste disposal. The campground operates seasonally from early May through Columbus Day weekend in October. Reservations are required and can be made through the Massachusetts DCR camping system. Rates differ significantly for Massachusetts residents versus out-of-state campers.

From Route 114 in North Andover or Route 125 in Andover, follow Harold Parker Road to Jenkins Road. Turn right onto Jenkins Road; the campground entrance is approximately 0.5 miles on the right at 133 Jenkins Road, Andover, MA 01810.
