About

Cedar Springs Campground is located along the Bumping River within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, just off Highway 410. Set among lush forests at the base of the Cascade Range, the campground provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding wilderness. The Bumping River flows directly adjacent to the campground, offering cold-water swimming and quality fishing for rainbow, brook, and steelhead trout. The campground features 14 single sites and 2 multi-family sites that accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs up to 22 feet. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. The American Ridge Trail, accessible from the campground, extends over 26 miles through towering forests, alpine meadows, and mountain ridgelines before connecting to the Pacific Crest Trail. Visitors enjoy proximity to the Chinook Scenic Byway along Highway 410, Boulder Cave National Recreation Trail, and Mount Rainier National Park. The area showcases glaciated alpine peaks along the Cascade Crest with elevations ranging from below 1,000 to over 9,000 feet, offering diverse recreational opportunities from fishing and hiking to exploring old-growth forests.
